- KCSE Mean Grade of C+ (Plus). In addition , a student must have the following alternative combinations of cluster subjects , at the minimum grades shown: Alternative A Biology C+ Chemistry C+ Mathematics/Physics C+ English/Swahili C+ Alternative B Biological Sciences B- Physical Sciences B- English/Swahili C+ Or a Minimum 2 Principal passes in Biology and Chemistry at A’ Levels. UPGRADING MODULE (FOR DIPLOMA HOLDERS( Applicants must have a Diploma/Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from an institution recognized by the JKUAT Senate. Must also be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) or equivalent regulating body for non-Kenyans. NB: Learning for the upgrading module will be done on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
